Economic Responsibility

1. Sightseeing tours are operated and led by local guides. Also, we employ local drivers and all arrangements of tours are made by local staff.

Environmental Responsibility

1. All places visited are left as we found them. No piece of paper and trash are to be left behind. Also, our local staff in Bahariya and the White Desert cooperate with the government on an annual clean-up drive of the areas used as a camp for tourists.

2. All our modern air-conditioned cars are provided with baskets for rubbish, in addition to environmental filters on the exhaust pipes to minimize.air pollution.

3. Local guides and tour operators are not allowed to smoke during work; furthermore, smoking is completely forbidden even inside our company.

4. Through our weekly meetings, we advise department managers to ensure that all operations have minimal impact on the environment, E.g. We do not to use car horns for our company cars and private cars during driving on the Egyptian streets to minimize noise pollution. 5. We advise travellers not to damage coral reefs during diving or snorkelling in the Red Sea through our diving guides and tour guides who explain the importance of the reefs.

We support eco-tourism in Egypt and do our best to partner with eco-hotels and resorts in Egypt whenever possible, with establishments such as the Marsa Alam Ecology Safari villages and the Coral Coast Hotel in Dahab. We are also in the process of making an Eco-camp in Bahariya Oasis. At this eco-accommodation, you will stay in an environmentally friendly eco-village, built by local masons with local stone using traditional methods.

We give the choice of staying in tents or hotels with domed rooms for your accommodations in Marsa Alam or Dahab. The tents are provided with electricity and locally-made Egyptian-style furniture, with toilets and the shower nearby. Water conservation is important, and tissue paper is always available in the pin. The domed hotel rooms have thick walls to keep rooms cool. Our Dahab hotel bosta an all-local staff line-up, while our Marsa Alam hotels have a majority of staff coming from the local area. Both hotels use local furniture.
